Franco Balter so called his wine, produced in the house before building the winery, combining the names of two children, Barbara and Nicholas. Today Barbanico Lagrein is a base with the addition of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. The separate wine-making is necessary to ensurethe greatest possible expressiveness to each vine. A long affinemtno in barriques followed by bottle gives the wine importance, body, great balance and maximum expression of the fruit.
