Pinot Nero, Collina Zinzèle, Vigneti delle Dolomiti IGT
After an old terraced vineyard had been recalimed in 1991, and the soil renewed, with the aid of technological innovations, the hillside slope was densely planted with low vines. “Collina Zinzèle” was thus created with the vines growing on the steepest side of the slope in order to achieve a limited yield of superior grapes from every vine.

San Salvatore, Brut Millesimato, Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG
On the highest part of the hill, favoured by continuous breezes and boasting the rockiest soil, lies the vineyard that produces the grapes for our Brut. This Brut is de rigueur for important occasions: the Counts of Collalto used it to toast great moments at Castle of San Salvatore and to mark the end of the agricultural year.
