The soil characteristics and the excellent exposure together with the deliberately limited production per plant and the selection of the grapes, entirely harvested by hand, some days later than the normal harvest time, determined the features of this Bonarda with an excellent completeness of bouquets and flavors perfectly matched to each other.
Il Ribaldo, Barbera, Oltrepò Pavese DOC
This wine has been obtained thanks to a careful selection of the grapes, grown in vineyards located in an excellent position within the estate and harvested entirely by hand some days later than the normal time of harvest. It has thus been obtained a better ripening of the grapes on the vine resulting an enrichement of sugar and lower acid content.
