Chardonnay vines cultivated on the Pisoni estates of Mas del Gobbo and Chiesura are completely different from the ones in other Italian regions and produce fine, well-structured light wine.
The most important Italian and foreign producers of sparkling wines buy their Chardonnay grapes in Trentino. Part of this production is used by the Azienda Agricola Pisoni to produce their own Spumante Brut and Reserve.
