Description: It is dedicated to the founder of the winery, Domenico Adanti. Made from the best selection of grapes grown exclusively in a vineyard on the Hills of Colcimino, 

Harvest: 
handmade in the second week of October.

Vinification: 
grapes are crushed and de-stemmed, fermentation is made in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature at 28° C. Maceration of 30 days with pumping over and delestage.
It ages for 36 months in oak barrels and at least 24 months in glass. Best with slow-cooked stews.

COLOUR: it pours an intense ruby red with hues of garnet,

AROMA: with an intense aromatic range: blackcurrant, tobacco, coffee and graphite.

FLAVOUR: This wine has a lingering taste and is warm, powerful, spiced, with balanced and velvet-smooth tannins.

Serving temperature

Best enjoyed at a temperature of 16-18°C.

Wine and food matching

 Best with slow-cooked stews.

Cellar life It ages for 36 months in oak barrels and 24 months in glass. It is an aging wine that ensures over time for over 15 years.
