Brezza Riva is the sparkling brut classic method Trento DOC by Agraria Riva del Garda. It’s a blanc de blanc, made of Chardonnay grapes only, its vineyards are growing on medium-high hills, on the more suited areas for the production of sparkling wines.

Perlage: very fine, with bright white foam.
Colour: straw yellow with greenish edges.
Aroma: fruity and characteristic, with an appealing hint of yeast.
Flavour: full, pleasantly fresh and balanced, with a good length. Excellent as an aperitif, with all types of starters, it can also be paired with risottos and dishes made with steamed, grilled or foil-baked fish.
Serve at 8°C and consume within one year of the date of disgorgement.
