Colour: bright rose colour tending towards cherry
Aroma: clean, with good intensity and varietal notes reminiscent of red fruits, particularly raspberries.
Flavour: delicate, fresh, full-flavoured and enveloping. Perfect as a conversation wine, as an aperitif to accompany tasty snacks, it can also be paired with grilled prawns, starters and first courses made with salmon and fresh charcuterie.
Serve at 8°C.
