Maso Élesi, Pinot Nero Organic, Trentino DOC Superiore

The wine has a lustrous ruby red colour with a slight transparency. After brief aeration, the aroma offers an elegant complexity of nuances - notes of fresh red fruit ranging from lingonberry to morello cherry, and floral notes of rose are well blended with spicier scents of juniper, vanilla and bitter cocoa. It offers the simplicity and purity of its varietal aromas. On the palate, the wine fills the mouth with a dense structure composed of compact yet harmonious tannins and closes with a wonderful sensation of freshness and savouriness that gives it great drinkability. Hints of the initial aroma sensations linger in the mouth. An early drinker that can also be aged.

Ideal paired with flavourful, smoked charcuterie starters, lamb, pork tenderloin and wild birds. Delicious with lamb ribs with herbs or rabbit terrine with aromatic herbs.

Serve at 16-18 °C in wide glasses an hour after opening.
