The wine has a straw-yellow colour streaked with green hues, and lights up the glass that holds it. The aroma is an explosion of splendidly elegant, lingering scents, with nuances that range from Golden apple, pear and citrus to spring acacia blossoms. In the mouth, it is linear and deep, enveloping the palate with an extraordinary intensity and good structure with a velvety feel, offering freshness and a rich mineral streak. It has a lingering acidic length.
A wine that can be enjoyed alone as an aperitif, or paired with first and second courses made with fish (sea or freshwater) or crustaceans.
The ideal serving temperature is 10-12°C.
