Area of Production: San Felice del Molise

Altitude: 520 meters above sea level

Growth method: spurred cordon

Density: 3,000 plants per hectare

Yield per hectare: 600 kilos of grapes

Harvest: first half of October

Harvest Method: grapes are picked by hand and put into crates

Wine-making process: accurate selection of grapes, maceration for at least 10-12 days never exceeding 26° C

Ageing: 36 months in oak + 6 months in bottle
