Due to its richness in healthy polyphenols, the tasting using the ‘strippaggio’ technique elicits sustained, ardent, long and peppery, spicy aromas that slowly give way to an educated and dignified pungency that is the essential feature of a good quality extra virgin olive oil. The presence of elegant fragrances and of the persistent spiciness that are typical of this generous and expressive cultivar, are ideal for brightening up the local cuisine based on lake fish and Garda Riviera vegetables. Since the 2016/17 olive campaign, our extra virgin olive oil has become a Slow Food Presidium, a project that protects small quality productions made according to traditional practices.

L7 Monocultivar Casaliva Biologico appears at the sight of a beautiful intense golden yellow color with delicate green reflections, limpid.

Its aroma is clean and rotund, with a large vegetal charge of artichoke, chicory and lettuce, together with spicy hints of cinnamon and black pepper.

Its taste is elegant and complex, with a flavour of aromatic herbs, especially mint and rosemary and a sharp almond finish.

Decisive bitterness and well-expressed and harmonious pungency.

The Laghel 7 farm was founded in 1969 on the hills of Upper Garda in Trentino, north-west of the town of Arco, in an area traditionally suited to the cultivation of olive trees. The land extends to an average altitude of 360 m above sea level. An entirely family-run agritourism facility has been active since 2003 which also makes use of a small zootechnical center and riding school where educational activities are carried out. In 2009 the company was certified organic. Its jewel is the 2-hectare olive grove with 300 trees, some of which are centenarians. In consideration of the prevailing climatic and geological values, a monoculture of "casaliva" was chosen, a variety resistant even at extreme latitudes. The alternation of breezes, the Pelér in the morning from the north and the Ora in the afternoon from the south, regulates the temperatures and the salubrity of the air.
