The fermentation occurs 20 days, part in French oak vat and part in a controlled temperature steal reservoirs. Malolactic fermentation and elevation in olds barrique and big durmast barrels.
Six months bottle refining.

Organoleptic propertiesCOLOUR: Rubin colour wine with violet tints. AROMA: At the beginning the fragance are fresh fruits, blackcherry, cherry, later on spices, smoke and toosted aromas. FLAVOUR: To the taste it is supple and harmonic persistence, with balanced in its tannins. |
